She is currently a senior staff member at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing where is part of the leadership team, managing the school and working as a senior accountant. She has taught at both a Montessori School and a community college, managed client training programs as a software consultant and performed other various teaching roles. Baker began her career by assisting with bookkeeping and other accounting duties at veterinary clinics. in the Nonprofit Leadership program at Penn's School of Social Policy and Practice. She is currently enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania where she is a candidate for a M.S. in Business (minor in Accounting), and from Chestnut Hill College with a M.Ed.
